Reverse (standard EU side) — features the numeral “2 EURO” with the EU map and 12 stars.
About Cologne Cathedral
Construction began in 1248 and was only completed in 1880 — over 600 years later. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1996 and the tallest twin-spired church in the world at 157 metres. It holds the Shrine of the Three Kings, one of the most important medieval reliquaries.
